At the beginning of July, the company organized more than 40 company management elites to go to Ningbo Jianfeng Business Management College to participate in the Jianfeng Elite Management Special Training Course. The three-day training gave us a new understanding of the current working environment and management status, which played a guiding role in our company's internal team building and mutual communication. How to retain and guide the backbone of our company is the direction of our team construction in the future.
